How did your activities and research for this International Schools Cyber Fair project support content standards, required coursework and curriculum requirements? |

Language ~ Our language abilities are improved through compiling data, interviewing, and producing reports from experience. We paid more attentions on being polite and communication skill during interview. Especially, using Taiwanese language to interview is a new but challenging experience for us. |

What information tools and technologies did you use to complete your Cyber fair project? |
|
|
In our project, we used these tools which included digital cameras, telephones, computer software, projectors, recorders, books and etc... By using the projectors and computers at school, we could discuss and work in groups to make the webpage. The recorders and earphone helped us to record all the interviews. Moreover, we often took pictures with our own cameras during our experiences activities. No matter what tools we used, we thought the most useful and valuable tool is internet. The internet helped us not only find data and information we need, but also send the photos and the articles to our teammates. Most importantly, we communicated with each other via the internet and integrated the finished parts into the project on the web. |

In what ways did your students act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your Cyberfair project both on-line and in person? |

What has been or will be the impact of your project on your community? |

Although Taiwan kinds Tankan many places, and yield more than Beitou area, but "Grassy orange" is a unique fruit along Datun Department, the Department of the District to except Hokutolite, another to place names in the specialty, and because special geological climate, although the appearance is not good, but the flavor and flesh, is not comparable to other types of oranges, farmers are proud to produce, but once the economic boom driven Beitou important crops. Students through the writing process topics, understand that only hard work in order to have a sweet harvest, not easy for food, more appreciative. |

How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers? |

Referrals via miles long, so we have access to Datun, the fountains of the farmers and the initiative to invite us to visit the orchard, field experience, first-hand knowledge of the process of growing and tasting different varieties of Tankan, thank respondents willing busy to accept our visit, and provide a lot of valuable information and stories, so our interview full harvest. |

Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises |

In the production of "green detergent Tankan" was originally a small activity, but used people feel good special effects, it has been asked someone to class, and a lot of production, promotion to friends and family. We also fell in love with wash lunch boxes, when the mother's little helper. Respondents receive our gifts, we will proud to say: "This is our own doing Oh!" They really like us to send a "detergent", farmers also requested us to teach them to do it! |
