Peitou district is located in northern Taipei City. Because of hot spring and Taipei Metro, our community called “Qilian”, rich with traditional and morden style. Our school, Li-Nong Elementary school, is right here in Beitou District, Li-Nong Village of Taipei City. It has been 34 years since the school was founded.
In 2002, based on the visions of 'giving the residents and the children in the community a better and safer living environment’, the head of our village invited and gathered a group of warm-hearted volunteers to organize the 'Neighborhood Watch of Li-Nong Village'.
