When Mr.Chew was childhood, he attended Keelung's Anle elementary school.He tried to study hard and got excellent results. Originally, he did not want to go to school because of poverty at home，Originally, he did not want to go to school because of poverty in the home and plan to help students after graduation. However, his class teacher encouraged and willing to pay for his first tuition fees for junior high school.So he bravely admitted to Taipei Jianguo Middle School junior high school admission. Since then changed his fate.To fight for scholarships，his primary school principal provided him classrooms for study,and he make good use of the school through the school hours in the fragmented time to study. He was not only awarded a scholarship，but also graduated in the first place.He was send to Taipei Jianguo Middle School without exam.This saves a considerable amount of tuition for his family. In addition to maintaining his excellent academic performance, and in this period to participate in harmonica club. He learned the extraordinary harmonica ability, and had to perform in China Broadcasting Corporation. He is also good at writing，撰文投稿報章刊就後也因受助於人，也回饋社會協助年輕藝術家發展才華及傳播藝術文化。
