In order to cultivate the students' based in Taiwan, the entire world, "macro horizons, teach them respect from the media, the Internet, books, newspapers and magazines, collecting all the more unique environmental activities, in addition to increasing knowledge of the same, but also to take web activity people from other parts of the world to share.
