Manhattan in New York - Bicycle

After reading this article about Manhattan, I know that the bicycle express staff members in Manhattan can participate in the bicycle race in the future. Most bicycle express staff members are young people, the youngest is only 17-year-old. Compare with motorcycle courier in Beitou and the bicycle express delivery in New York, it may be unable to use the bicycle to make express progress in Beitou District. Because the Beitou District is the topography in many hills, so though there are a lot of advantages to deliver by bicycle, it can't use in Beitou. This is the reason why  Beitou District need to use the motorcycle to be courier, though the speed of the motorcycle is faster and more dangerous, but is also can reduce the probability happening in accident carefully, make the security that the express delivery of motorcycle changes efficient.
