Run a gallery to finance painters

At that time, Taiwanese galleries were mainly selling works of famous artists, young painters painting poor profit, little chance of performance and places. As a result, many young painters, because of their hardships, abandoned their creative jobs and disappeared in the painting world. This is the loss of the humanistic quality of Taiwan. In view of this, Mr Chew encouraged the young painters to work together with Ms Tse, a gallery at the time, to run the "Taiwan Gallery".It was the first funded artist system in Taiwan, to provide monthly living expenses for artists, and exhibitions in the gallery to sell their works. Such as Guo Weiguo, Li Min medium, was not known, and now auction prices are high.
